Copenhagen, a stunning city to visit

We decided to head to one of the most exciting, cosmopolitan city, for our last vacation. Yes, it is none other than Copenhagen! It is one of the most beautiful cities in Scandinavia, which drew us greatly. Unlike few years back, Copenhagen has undergone a complete overhaul, which has made it more modern and exciting. Cafeterias, restaurants, night life and just about everything in here, has changed.

The entire city is full of life, though it has not lost the sheen of historic centers. The old cobbled squares, canals and copper spires still remain. Though locals understood the greatness of this city only recently, people from other places were quick to head here. I must say, this is not like another regular holiday spot, that’s full of fun aimed at tourists. In other words, it is Eco-friendly, safe and well-connected. Though I am not a native, nor do I know the local language, I was able to get around and speak with people, since most of them speak English very well.

Since it is close to Olympics and we’d just hosted the Queen’s Jubilee, I thought flaunting something patriotic that mixes with the environment would be nice. So, I chose the SUITSUIT Carry-On Trolley Case. It looks trendy and patriotic with the flag imprint, besides being durable, wheeled, light weight and sturdy. Above all, it perfectly fits in the aircraft luggage cabins.

Being able to move around quickly and comfortably is important and this trolley case, makes it easy. It comes with safety locks and additional handles, so it’s easier to maneuver this. With the two year guarantee, there’s nothing more I had to ask for! I grabbed one for myself and received many an admiring glance and a smile after looking at this trendy trolley. I was happy that the holiday went as planned and Copenhagen didn’t disappointed. I love historical and cultural places and don’t really get on in the hyper environments of some other European cities like London, or Paris. I feel like I’ll choke, or suffer a nervous breakdown with all that speed (no not Amsterdam…).

If you are looking at an affordable destination, Copenhagen should be on your list of choices. If you are going on a relaxed vacation trip, to a place that’s worth your while and time, looking at a place that’s not too expensive, Copenhagen is the most happening and exciting place to be! Though it’s not a cheap destination, it is not costly like Paris, or New York!

A business trip to Ireland with the Jansport Driver 8 Carry-On Trolley Case

With the advent of budget airlines it is becoming cheaper and cheaper travelling abroad. For this reason it is becoming an increasingly common experience for your company to suggest that you travel abroad for business purposes.

Jansport wheeled carry on trolley caseIf you are travelling on a business trip why do you really need to take too many things? Ireland is just a short hop away and therefore you wouldn’t really be spending too much time over there. For that reason many people are reluctant to give money to budget airlines for the privilege of putting their bags in the hold. There is a solution for this problem however and that is the Jansport Driver 8 Carry-On Trolley Case. This particular case is ideal for a business trip to Ireland.

One of the best benefits of this bag is that you can carry it in numerous ways. You can either wear it on your back or as a standard trolley. If you do decide to use it in its trolley form the wheels are stop quality, which means they won’t jump which will eventually tear the material on the bottom, a common problem with cheaper carry-on cases.

This bag is designed especially for laptops, although I honestly see no reason why it cannot be used to house other things if you do decide to take something else instead.

In addition to the main compartment there a number of others which will enable you to take important business documents or computer accessories on your trip. These compartments also allow you to use the bag as a rucksack if you want to travel around Ireland on one of your days off, assuming you have a kind boss like I do.

The bag is built to conform to airline ‘hand luggage’ standards which mean you will be able to bring it on board during your flight, saving those extortionate baggage charges if you took something larger. The weight is also a lot loss than equivalent laptop bags at only 2.5 Kg which leaves you a lot of weight left to still meet the airlines baggage charges. This means you can hop straight off the aircraft straight to your connecting transport, no need to wait around for that slow conveyer belt.

The bag is padded which helps to protect your laptop even during the bumpier trips. A common problem amongst business users is storing their computer in an unprotected bag which ends up causing severe aesthetic damage to their laptop.

With this bag you aren’t limited to a bog-standard black colour. For the younger traveller there are an additional ten designs on offer, none of them compromising on all the fantastic features that the standard bag can offer. One of the most popular colours for younger business travellers to Ireland is the Navy colour with a plaid trim. It does look fantastic.

If you are heading for a business trip to Ireland or another location in the near future then I really do suggest you take a look at the Jansport Driver 8 Carry-On Trolley Case. This beautiful looking and well-built case includes all the features designed to make your business trip hassle free.

A business trip to Germany with the Caribee VIP Wheeled Laptop Trolley Case

Every day business is becoming more and more global. There are many companies in the United Kingdom that now require their employees to head to Germany on business. One of the most vital things that the majority of us need to take on a business trip is a Laptop.

Wheeled VIP cabin bag from CaribeeFrom previous experience I know how difficult it is to keep your laptop safe whilst on a flight, one time I arrived at my destination with a cracked laptop as it fell from an overhead locker when a fellow passenger pulled out their coat, this was a real pain. Never again would I take the risk of hoping my laptop arrives safely after a long flight. I discovered the Caribee VIP Wheeled Laptop Trolley Case and my travels have never been the same again.

As it is so simple to travel throughout Europe nowadays many business trips only last a couple of days at most. For this reason we only need a change of clothes as well as somewhere to store our business items. We don’t want to be forking out on additional money to give us the privilege of keeping a bag in the aircraft hold, as well as waiting around at the terminal for our luggage to appear.

As well as protecting your laptop this product will also keep a change of clothes safe.
This holdall is designed to safely house all laptops with a screen size of 15.4”, which is most of the business laptops out there on the market. To be sure however I suggest that you measure your laptop first to ensure that it will fit. The case is also made of a durable material which will help keep your laptop safe even during those bumpier landings into Germany.

This model also boasts a good quality zip that will have no chance of breaking through regular use, a common problem with most holdalls out there on the market. There are multiple storage compartments for every need whilst travelling to Germany. As you can guess you have the standard laptop compartment but after this there are so many different pouches for your various needs in order to have your important business documents in one easy to access space. You have an internal filing system to keep important documents as well as accessory pockets to hold any accessories that you made need for your laptop including a webcam or a Kensington lock.

One of the best features of this particular bag is the fact that it on a trolley. Ever notice how difficult it is to carry heavy bags around a new location, especially after a long trip? This bag allows you to conveniently wheel it along the floor, eliminating much of the stress of finding your hotel after landing in Germany. The wheels are free flowing which prevents the trolley jumping should you hit a ‘bump’, a common cause of damage to the bag.
The wheeled laptop carry case weighs just over 3.4kg and has cabin friendly dimensions making it suitable to be used as carryon baggage. Think how much budget carriers are charging nowadays for baggage, eliminate the need to pay this extra money and save some time at the airport after landing by investing in one of these bags.

If you are looking to take a business trip to Germany then take the Caribee VIP Wheeled Laptop Case. It is incredibly easy to use and will keep your laptop incredibly safe. Whether you are travelling to Berlin, Hamburg or Munich you can be 100% sure that your laptop remains safe throughout the entire journey.

Climbing adventure in Snowdonia

Caribee Scarecrow DX 85 Holdall with Wheels (red)Snowdonia is one of the most beautiful national parks in the United Kingdom. Nestled deep in North Wales it really is a sight to behold. There are fabulous mountain ranges for you to explore, this location is absolutely perfect for a climbing holiday. Whilst most people focus on the most popular mountain, Snowdon, you will also want to try and aim to complete the climb of some other mountains in the area including Y Garn and Moelwyn Mawr. These are of course rather spread out, I found a wheeled holdall enabled my trip between these locations to be far easier.

Due to this spreading out of ranges you will be up and travelling most of the time from base camp to base camp. Traditional suitcases are literally just a bag; there is no separating of your gear from standard clothing. This can make it a rather large hassle having to get out your walking or climbing gear each and every time, especially when it comes to having to repack it a few days later. I found a large compartmented wheeled holdall was best for my needs. The large space meant I could carry rather large bits of gear, which I certainly needed as I was engaging in Rock Climbing. It also meant that the gear was kept separate from my normal clothing, which gave me easy access to it. I used to loathe those times when I travelled with a standard suitcase and I had to move so much that it made the suitcase a mess, and of course it was a hassle to repack again.

As mentioned before, during my climbing adventure I was travelling from location to location to experience the best of what Snowdonia had to offer. A wheeled holdall made travelling to and from each location that much easier, it certainly needed a lot less energy than carrying around a 20-25 KG suitcase in my hands, especially after all that demanding climbing I had been doing. With a wheeled holdall you will forget that it is there!
I was able to fit all my climbing gear and standard clothing into my standard wheeled holdall. At times I did unpack my standard clothing and used the bag as a standard gear bag to take to locations. This gave me easy access to all the equipment I would need without running the risk of it becoming lost. The bag was also well made, which enabled it to easily put up with the rocky terrain you can expect in Snowdonia.

If you really want to have hassle free travel then the Wheeled Holdall is the best solution, especially if you are heading out on a climbing adventure. Aim to choose one which can be compartmented, this will enable you to have all the gear you require within easy access at all times. It also minimises the amount of unpacking that you will need to do. It also greatly decreases the amount of aggravation that you will experience when you travel from hotel to hotel. Nothing is worse than jumping on public transportation with a large bag that is incredibly difficult to control. One bag I do suggest that you look into is the Caribee Scarecrow DX 85. This is the bag I used and it served my needs very well due to it acting as a gear bag as well as holdall. It was incredibly light.

Getting all my walking kit up to Scotland for a holiday

Caribee Scarecrow DX 70 Wheeled HoldallMany people head to Scotland for the fantastic walking opportunities, there are plenty of mountains for you to travel along, as well as beautiful scenery for you to gaze down upon. From the lush meadows to the beautiful lochs, the most popular of course being Loch Ness. This article is about how you can make your walking trip to Scotland that much easier if you took a wheeled holdall as opposed to a standard suitcase.

On a walking trip you will need a lot of different types of gear. You will need your walking clothes, which can involve big heavy boots and warm clothing, especially if you are travelling in Scotland where the weather can become notoriously cold. In addition to this you will need clothes for going out in the evening, perhaps to a lovely restaurant. I found my Caribee Holdall with its 70 Litre Capacity allowed me to easily fit all my required stuff inside one bag, whereas before I needed perhaps 2 in order to do this. The bag also enabled me to split it up a lot more easily so that I had easy access.

With the trip I had planned I wouldn’t be able to unpack in each and every hotel as it would be too time consuming.

A wheeled holdall makes transport a lot easier. Generally on a walking trip you will be going from hotel to hotel in order to get to the best walking spots. This is a lot of hassle each time if you have to lug around a huge bag that has no wheels, especially if you use Public Transport. My time in Scotland was a lot easier when I used a wheeled holdall.
The terrain of Scotland is incredibly rocky, so I really didn’t want to move my bag around whilst walking, it would have put too much strain on it.

Caribee Scarecrow DX 85 Wheeled Trolley BagThe benefit of the Caribee Scarecrow 85 litre bag was that it acted as a gear bag as well, which enabled me to pick and choose the clothing and equipment I needed for that day. I didn’t have to unpack at all in order to find it, which of course as everybody knows, once you unpack it just isn’t go back in.

Once the time came to head to another walking location, all my gear was already packed up. I found it easy to navigate the crowds with a wheeled holdall, and it made it a great deal easier to board public transport to the next hotel as it took up a great deal less space than a traditional bag.

The bag that I recommend is the Caribee Scarecrow DX 85 Holdall. It is incredibly well-made with enough pockets to store everything that you will need for your trip to Scotland. It has a capacity of 100 Litres, which easily rivals other suitcases on the market. In addition to this, everything is held together with heavy duty zips that reduce the chance of breakage occurring if the suitcase is overloaded.

I really found that my trip was easier in Scotland, right from packing up my gear to actually travelling around to the various walking locations. I do suggest purchasing a wheeled travel bag for this purpose, you really will not regret it.

An Unusual Carry On Bag that look like a Speaker

Carry on luggage that looks like a speakerI had never quite seen anything like it, at that point I realised I just had to have it. I am talking about my SuitSuit Hardshell Trolley Case, which had the design of a boom box. It really was great to travel though that airport and grab stares from those that walked past me.

I, like most people are taking advantage of cheap air travel. I regularly go with Ryan Air for quick weekends away to various European Countries. The first time I travelled with this bag was to Barcelona. Again, like most people I dread paying those extra charges for bags. With soft cases I normally went over my limits due to the weight of everything pushing the bag out. Not good as it cost me an extra £15 each way. That is when I discovered ‘Hard Shell Bags’ which were made to the exact specification needed to be classed as hand luggage, therefore requiring me to need no extra money for my baggage allowance. This particular case only weighed 2.4 kg which left me an allowance of almost 8kg for my clothing, which was perfect as I was only heading on a short trip to Barcelona.

Your trip to Barcelona will be generally hassle free with a wheeled bag. You won’t have to wait around for ages for your bag to appear on the conveyer belt, it will be straight off that plane and straight onto the transport. Not only will you look stylish, you will also be beating the crowds.

Carry on bag with the Union Jack flag on the frontIf the boom box design doesn’t really suit your tastes, there are plenty of other designs from SuitSuit, this includes a washing machine or a British Flag. Despite being unusual, they all look incredibly stylish and are the perfect way to start your trip. They are well made too unlike so many other novelty items out there.

If you really want to stand out from the crowds then I suggest opting for this trolley case from SuitSuit. It doesn’t just look pretty however, it is also practical and well built. It should last you many short trips, whether it is just within Europe or a bit further afield.

Packing Tips for all kinds of Travellers

Packing for all kinds of travel can all be a little daunting. If you’re uncertain what kind of bag is best for the activities you’ll be doing, make a list of the essentials and supplies you’ll need for the duration of your trip and the day activities you have planned. There is a wide range of different bags and luggage to choose from, by planning ahead you’ll be best prepared for all eventualities on your travels.

Your list will help determine the size and functionality of the luggage you will need for your trip. There are all kinds of travellers, here are some helpful tips on bag features for the most common amongst us.

The Adventure Seeker

Exploring the great outdoors, such as hiking and camping most certainly calls for durable lightweight backpacks. These activities can be strenuous and physically demanding, so lightweight backpacks can help reduce a heavy load while providing easy access to equipment, food and water.

If you’re planning a day trip, the lightweight Caribee Trail Daypack is a very popular choice  as it can carry up to 30L and has a super comfortable bio-form harness system. This system provides a utility hip belt and lumbar support making it incredibly comfortable to carry. It’s been designed for heavy duty and is hydration compatible with a concealable rain cover and cycling light loop.

For the ultra-light overnighter that is deemed equipped for comfort and adventure, consider the Jansport Talus Hiking Daypack. The padded straps and hipbelt are ventilated to keep you cool on your treks, while the compression straps keep the load from injuring your back. It has a Bungee compression system which enables you to stow a jacket or other goods externally so you can make the most of the main compartment.

If you’re seeking a performance alpine trekking rucksack, you should check out the Caribee Nevis. One of the lightest alpine backpacks on the market, it’s available in 40 & 65L and is a fully featured trekking pack made from nylon and Cordura materials. The XT harness system allows easy adjustment for the perfect fit while the internal contoured aluminium stays and back support provides ultimate comfort.

The Weekend Break

Those who enjoy regular weekend breaks need travel bags that are comfortable and versatile. There are a lot of styles and designs to choose from when packing for sightseeing on a city break or visiting a country retreat for the weekend. You should look for quality luggage that offers the right amount of storage space and won’t weigh you down.

Perhaps you’re flying away for a weekend break to a trendy city and want to stand out from the crowd? Consider treating yourself to a stylish carry-on piece of luggage by new brand SUITSUIT. These hard shell trolley cases fit in the aircraft cabin as hand luggage on all airlines including budget flights. With some really funky and colourful designs to choose from, you will be sure to stand out in style.

Sandstorm’s  fantastic range of canvas and leather overnight bags, are perfect for stylish city breaks or weekends in the country. The bags are all beautifully hand crafted in tan, brown and black leather with matching water resistant cotton canvas giving them a timeless and long-lasting luxury quality.

When you’re sightseeing, it’s often easier to pack your essentials into a lightweight bag with lots of separate compartments for valuable items, such as cameras, money, travel guides and water. The heavy duty Ducti Musette Deployment bag has more than enough space to carry everything you need and is made for men and women. It’s also been recommended by the Independent for its stylish design and practical feature’s.

The Backpacker

Got the travel bug or planning a trip of a lifetime? Investing in a high quality durable travel pack can make all the difference to your overall experience. Take into consideration your destinations and mode of transport. Your travel pack is likely to endure different climates, heavy handling, airports, trains and buses. It also needs to be the right size for your height and weight for ease of use and mobility.

Backpacks with wheels have many practical advantages. Here are a few things you might want to consider when deciding which travel pack to buy.

  • Wheeled Backpacks have a very rigid back as the handles go the length of the backpack when pushed in, which enables the whole front of the backpack to be hinged on clips as with the Sky Master Series and Fast Track Series.
  • The zips open all the way round like a suitcase. Those who have travelled with a top load only backpack will realise just how useful this feature is. There’s nothing worse than having to empty the entire contents of your pack to get at a piece of equipment you packed at the bottom of your top loader rucksack.
  • The wheels also mean that transporting the backpack is a great deal easier than normal. It considerably reduces the strain on your upper body when you can simply wheel it around town! For those backpackers that like to go off the beaten track then the harness system is well padded and comfortable and gives good support.

The Caribee Fast Track Wheeled Rucksacks have been rigorously tested to provide the best all-in-one luggage solution. The high quality luggage is versatile, lightweight, spacious and designed with adventure in mind. Available in two sizes (75 & 85L), both with detachable day sacks, maximised packing space with internal toiletry pouch, adjustable harness system and a super lightweight aluminium trolley frame to have you speeding through the airport terminals.

Caribee Sky Master Series also gives you the choice to carry or wheel your luggage around the world. The 70 & 80L models are made from recycled polyester materials, light in weight and feature a bio-form concealable harness system. These stylish travel packs also feature a zip off detachable day pack that’s great for carry-on luggage or day trips once you reach your destination.

However, if you plan to do a lot of trekking where you will be carrying the pack most of the time then forget the wheeled backpacks and choose a good quality travel pack / rucksack instead.

For example the Caribee Akula is a great quality fully featured most versatile, travel pack with a detachable day pack for shorter trips.  Available in both 65 and 75 litre sizes the Akula is fully adjustable so you can get the perfect fit.

Top of the range is the Grand Air travel pack. Available in two sizes the Grand Air is rugged and ready to roll with you when you’re going the distance.
